LONG & FOSTER DOMINATES TOP HONORS IN FIRST NATIONAL RANKINGS BY THE
WALL STREET JOURNAL AND REAL TRENDS
Long & Foster Sales Teams Take Four of top Seven Places Nationwide
Fairfax, VA - In the inaugural “Real Estate Top 200,” a sales ranking
sponsored by The Wall Street Journal and REAL Trends, real estate
professionals affiliated with Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc. took
several of the top honors in “The Real Estate Top 200”. The awards were
announced recently at the National Association of Realtors’ (NAR) Annual
Conference and Expo. in New Orleans, La. The 200 winners were chosen from
nearly 2,000 submissions from real estate professionals representing
hundreds of markets nationwide. To understand just how elite the agents on
the Top 200 List are,

Of the top seven teams named based on dollar volume, four were from Long
& Foster Real Estate, Inc. They are:, The Creig Northrop Team,
Clarksville, Md. ($406,000,000) second place; The Ron Rush Team, Fairfax,
Va. ($303,459,272) third place; The Mark Fleisher Team, Washington, D.C.
($277,668,448) fifth place; and The Debbie Dogrul Team, Fairfax, Va.
($271,796,271) seventh place. Other teams in the top ten were from
brokerages in California, Nevada, and New York.

Also in the top 200 and in 26th place was The Long & Foster Team of
Yerman, Berman, Witman and Gaines, Lutherville, Md. ($166,000,000) and in
35th place was the Virgilio Vasquez Team, Herndon, Va. ($147,540,522).

In the individual agent category, Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc.’s
Nancy Itteilag, of the firm’s Foxhall Office, ranked 29th with sales of
$98,715,444.
