· Detachment Commander, Norristown, PA, 2001-2002. Responsible for the command, control, readiness, and leadership of a detachment of 70 soldiers. Accountable for all aspects of mission accomplishment, personnel and logistical management, administrative support, mobilization, health, welfare, safety, and preparedness of detachment soldiers and their families.

· Deputy J4 (Logistics Officer), Bosnia-Herzegovina, June 1998 – February 1999. Prepared and submitted NATO and US Task Force budgets to ensure task force logistical preparedness. Plan, coordinate, and execute the procurement, distribution, and accountability of Task Force equipment and supplies. This includes but is not limited to the reconciliation, accounting, and maintenance of equipment to military standards. Provide logistical guidance to the subordinate elements to include education and training on computer systems used to manage government property.

· Combined Arms Services Staff School, 1996. Received extensive training on decision making to include problem analysis, developing courses of action, and quantifying decision making criteria.

· Project Coordinator, Pentagon, September 1994. Worked in the office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense/Special Operations Low Intensity Conflict (ASD/SOLIC). Responsible for planning and coordinating the approval process for Humanitarian Civic Assistance (HCA) projects under various military commands. Verified that project requests met the guidelines mandated under Title 10 and made recommendations accordingly. Responsible for moving project proposals through the interagency approval process.
